Who is Gary

He doesn’t care what colour your hat is.

Red hat, blue hat, grey hat — Gary genuinely doesn’t care. What he can’t work out is why people would rather fight each other than stand together and ask for a wage that matches the work.

Why everybody got sorted into a tribe, and why picking the wrong one makes you the enemy of someone cashing the exact same kind of paycheck. Whoever’s fault that is, the effect is identical: split along every line there is, spending our energy on each other instead of asking where the money actually went.

“I run the floor. I produce it, I serve it, I ring it up. My spending is what keeps this whole thing moving. So where’s my piece of the pie?”

Gary isn’t political. He does not give a damn about your team. What he gives a damn about is the math at the end of the month.
